The State Council voted at our Annual Retreat today for the newest “‘Up and Coming Leader”. The recipient receives funding from the MN State Council to attend the State and Chapter Leadership Conference, this year in Tampa, Florida!
Nomination is submitted by the Chapter President
I nominate Katie Fish for the “Up and Coming Leader” award. Katie has jumped in, feet first, as an active/engaged member in the chapter. She has stepped up to the plate time and time again, chairing the Silent Auction efforts to raise money for our National ENA Foundation. She is consistently willing to help with whatever is needed, no matter how last minute it may be. Last year, our printer retired from his design/printing role, which left us in an incredible bind to get our brochure made and printed in time for our annual Conference. Katie, pulled out of her many talents and help collaborate and design a phenomenal brochure! She has incredible creativity and skills and does not hold back! She has improved our SWAG and advertising for our Chapter and raised our revenue with these endeavors. I am so excited that Katie has not been afraid to rise and get engaged at our Chapter level and now the State level as a new Board of Directors! This award would be helpful in sending her to the Leadership Conference in January as I know it would provide many engaging thoughts/ideas that she would bring back not only to our Chapter but the State as well!
Congratulations Katie! Thank you for all that you do for ENA!
